IEP Meeting Coaching, Preparation and Attendance
An IEP Support Consultant will work individually by coaching you so you will learn how to negotiate to have you child's needs met while working collaboratively with your team to develop an individualized IEP. We are not adversarial advocates, we help you by supporting you at your meeting so you can learn to articulate your child's needs in a non-adversarial, collaborative manner. Our goal is to work with your team to come to consensus without damaging your relationship with the district.
Strategic Planning
Our IEP Consultants will work with you to identify your child's strengths and abilities, and discuss goals that can help your child make progress at school, at home, and in the community. Discussion will also include the student's role as a member of the IEP team. Our flat rate also includes next steps so you can plan for future meetings and follow-up options if the team does not agree on the proposed IEP.
